We are partnered with Alma and Headway which provides scheduling and billing services. Alma and Headway process claims and will bill for co-pays. All patients must provide a credit card that will be stored on file and auto-billed for co-pays, deductibles, and patient responsibilities. Please be aware, if you have a high deductible plan, you will be responsible for all fees related to the services you receive. These fees are set by your insurance plan. If you are unsure of your responsibilities, please contact your insurance company for better understanding.

Cancellations must be made prior to 48 hours of appointment time. Cancellations may be made via telephone or email. The fee of 100$ is non-refundable. The credit card on file will be automatically billed for this fee.
